Yucca-Quillaja exemption of requiremen of tolerance
This regulation establishes an exemption from the requirement
of a tolerance for residues of the yucca extract on raw agricultural
commodities when applied/used in accordance with good agricultural
practices as an inert ingredient in pesticide formulations applied to
growing crops.

Banning of Methyl bromide
Acording to the requirements of the Protocol of Montreal use of Methyl Bromide as fumigant for agriculture wil be banned completely in a given time frame. Many countries will have a phase out period, some starting as soon as 1999.
